A quick neutralizer for normal or hard-to-curl hair. Recommended use: for short or medium length hair. Dilute with water: 75 ml (1 bottle) neutralizer + 425 ml water = 500 ml.

After processing time of the perming lotion and thorough rinsing, apply 2/3 of the neutralizer to the perming rods, starting at the nape. Then remove the rods and apply the rest of the neutralizer to hair. Finally, rinse hair thoroughly.

Note! Diluted neutralizer must be used immediately, since it cannot be stored.
